1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. If the replacement or exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may request a replacement or return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
